I LIKE TIRAMISU PROBLEMS
10% tiramisu inspired imperial pastry stout

Here at Tuletorn we have a serious case of the sweet tooth, you better not leave that cake unattended… otherwise it’s already on our fork.
But dessert is always better shared, and so for this imperial pastry stout we’ve teamed up with our friends @blackout and whipped up a MASSIVE plate of tiramisu for you all.

Featuring an intensely double mashed malt base that’s been infused with our favourite chocolate Vella from @tertcacao, we’ve gone for thick, smooth, and sweet.
But we didn’t stop there - oh no.
After a lengthy cold conditioning to round out this beast, we’ve then gone next door to our friendly neighbourhood @kokomo and raided their shelves of their freshest house espresso we could find.

The result throws up delicious notes of espresso liqueur, hazelnuts, and just so much biscuity chocolatey vanilla-y goodness. It might even have satisfied our cravings (but we might go back for another helping anyway)

Malts: Pilsner malt, Munich malt, crystal T50, caramalt, crystal 400, carafa special t-3, golden naked oats, flaked oats

Hops: Magnum

Yeast: WHC Bond

Other stuff: Kokomo house espresso, Tert cacao, maltodextrin, dark sugar, natural flavourings
