Talvepäike- winter sun in Estonian - is that glimmer of beauty in the world during the cold months. This year we’ve decided to make our own, and the result is an ice cream smoothie sour bursting with fresh fruit.

We’ve paired sweet seasonal mandarins with mouthwatering peach and balanced it all with herbal rosemary for a gastronomical flavour explosion. And THEN we’ve scooped a more than generous helping of vegan peach soft serve ice cream on top - ensuring this is a treat that you’ll not just want for the cold season!
