You know what goes with tomato, chef? FIRE, that's what.

So we've brewed a gose contain hundreds of kilos of tomato and decided to pep it up with all our favourite chilli. We've added deep, complex smoky mulato, we've added whole flavourful Kashmiri chilli to impart fruity sweetness, Thai chilli flakes, and then our absolute favourite gochujang chilli paste for rich umami.

Malts: Pilsner malt, Wheat malt

Hops: Magnum

Yeast: Philly sour

Other stuff: tomato puree, gochujang paste, chilli flakes, chilli peppers, orange peel, herbs and spices
