PEHME KIISU
8.2% double IPA with Peacharine, Riwaka, and Nelson Sauvin

Pehme Kiisu is a fluffy lil’ kitten of a double IPA, brewed with the Finnish hop legends that we’re proud to call our friends, @Revenant .
We’ve had fun blending our different approaches to hop-forward beers in this number - soft water, heavy dry hops, and a funky fruity fermentation.

And whilst it’s a little softie, this kitten has got bite - in the form of some farm fresh specially selected lots of Riwaka and Peacharine from @freestylehops .
Peacharine brings a huge aroma of sweet and juicy stone fruits, whilst Riwaka offers balancing dankness and zesty grapefruit. An extra layer? Of course - a dash of early harvest Nelson Sauvin in the whirlpool lends overripe mango to the party.

Fresh, juicy, and deeply saturated in all our favourite hops, this cat is ready to play.

Malts: Maris otter low colour, wheat malt, flaked oats, chit malt

Hops: Peacharine, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin
