Inspired by fancy cocktails and tasting menus, late brunches and self service delis, Égoïste is a fruited sour that we’ve jazzed up with a load of raspberries, lemon peel, and then a dash of tonka beans.
The flavour? Bursting with juicy berry. Singing with zesty citrus. Absolutely beaning with tonka! Fancy indeed.

There are layers to being a human being, and there are layers to this beer. It’s born from treating yourself, and then treating yourself some more, because why not? Everybody else is preoccupied with themselves anyway.

Malts: Pilsner malt, flaked wheat

Yeast: Philly sour

Other stuff: Raspberry puree, raspberry juice concentrate, lemon zest, lemon juice, tonka beans, dextrose
